By accessing or using our website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence to use our services. If you are accessing or using our services on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Products and Services
Physical Product
Magik Prints offers, at the same time, a physical product and a digital service. Our physical product, Magik Prints, are 60x60x3.5mm ABS plastic magnetized framed photographs. They are Apple iPhone MagSafe-compatible and can be attached magnetically to the back of iPhones and other phones with MagSafe-enabled cases. Magik Prints can also be attached magnetically to almost any metallic surface.
Digital Service
Our digital service allows users to upload their own images, choose a frame color, and print their Magik Prints. The images are then printed, framed, packaged, and sent via postal service to the user. Additionally, a digital version of the Magik Prints is immediately available in the user’s private “Magik Gallery” for further viewing and re-printing.
Minimum Order
The minimum order quantity for Magik Prints is 3 units.
Pricing
Each Magik Print costs 2,99, but whether that includes VAT or not, and the currency being transacted, may vary. The currency will be set automatically based on the shipping country on select. A VAT charge will be applied for customers in the EU and UK.
- Orders from the EU are transacted in Euros and include the VAT charge.
- Orders from the England, Scotland, Wales and the Isle of Man are transacted in British Pounds and include the VAT charge on orders under 135 GBP, otherwise exclude.
- Orders from Northern Ireland are transacted in British Pounds and include the VAT charge, regardless of order amount.
- Orders from elsewhere are transacted in United States Dollar and do not have any tax charge.
“Ideas” Section
We feature curated Magik Prints in the public “Ideas” section of the website, which include original content, public domain, or creative commons licensed content.
User Responsibilities and Content
User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload to our platform.
Illegal Activity
It is strictly prohibited to upload or print images depicting illegal activity as defined by Portuguese law. We reserve the right to refuse service and report any content that violates these Terms to the relevant authorities.
Copyrighted Content
According to the Portuguese law No. 49/2018, individuals are permitted to print copyrighted images for private use, as long as it does not involve any form of public communication or commercial exploitation. Therefore, you can legally print copyrighted images for your personal enjoyment and non-commercial purposes.
Magik License
Description
The “Magik License” is a special content license grant created to govern the treatment of images uploaded by users.
Rights Granted
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing our services, including printing and shipping them to you, and displaying the content in your Magik Gallery.
Cessation of License
You can revoke the granted rights at any time by deleting a Magik Print from your Magik Gallery or closing your account.
Returns and Refunds
User Uploaded Magik Prints
Custom-made Magik Prints with user-uploaded content are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects, which must be communicated by email within 14 days of receiving the product.
Curated Products
Products from the Ideas section are eligible for a 14-day return guarantee.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Service
We utilize a third-party logistics company for shipping our products. Shipping is subject to potential delays. Estimated time of arrival provided during checkout is expressed in business days and is only an approximation of when the package will reach the destination country. Customs proceedings and other factors may delay the last mile delivery.
Data Sharing
User data, including name, phone number, email and shipping address, may be shared with shipping services and, occasionally, customs agents (when the shipping address is outside of the European Union Customs Union).
Safety Warnings
Small Pieces, Do Not Disassemble
Magik Prints contain internal adhesive and small magnets. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Swallowing small pieces and magnets can pose a choking hazard and may cause serious internal injuries. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
This is Not a Holding Device for Your Phone
Magik Prints are designed for decorative purposes only. They are not intended to be used as a holding device for your phone. Do not rely on it to secure your phone in any way. Improper use may result in damage to your phone or other personal belongings.
Environmental Considerations
Please dispose of Magik Prints responsibly in accordance with local waste disposal regulations. Every Magik Print is marked with its appropriate coding for correct disposal and recycling. Do not incinerate or dispose of them in general waste bins.
Legal Notices
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes between users and Magik Prints, a structured dispute resolution process shall be followed. This may involve mediation, arbitration, or other appropriate means to resolve conflicts.
Limitation of Liability
Magik Prints limits its liability for any damages or losses incurred by users as permitted by applicable law. Users acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Magik Prints harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of the service or any violation of the Terms of Service.
Updates to the Terms of Use
Magik Prints reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Magik Prints website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
